In my case I tore the major pectorial tendon off the bone. Directly after the incident occurred I was given the correct professional advice on how to look after it. The team at FIX Physio assessed my injury and after an M.R.I scan, confirmed I needed an operation. Leading up to my surgery I was given a pre operation program which was very effective at easing tension and pain around my injury.

Kelly was fantastic at diagnosing and treating my knee, she was able to start a treatment plan that I could see results within a few days. She was professional and thorough.
From my work with lifting young children all day I have struggled with back pain for many years. I’ve been to a number of physiotherapy clinics and have used alternative treatments to try and fix my back pain. After four or five sessions with John Cosgrove at Fix physiotherapy I have not had anymore problems with the pain in my back, and I have not needed to continue treatment.
